We stay in triple room quite often, it is impressive and modern. There is a safe box, a mini-bar, and central heating - that's always a plus. The hotel has unbeatable location easy to walk to places.

The rooms are good sized and huge and include coffee/tea making equipment, a fridge, and glassware. A bathroom is equipped with a bidet. It has absolutely perfect and excellent location in Rome adjacent to Spanish steps, stores and monuments.

Clean hotel in a really great building near the Trevi Fountain. Situated close to the historic district, restaurants, gelato shops, cocktail bars, and stores. Extraordinarily friendly and excellent staff. Free wake-up calls and ironing service available.

The air-conditioned rooms were a blessing during the hot Roman summer. It was like having my own personal oasis in the bustling city.
Noise level was high due to the central location.

Loved exploring the city on foot! Trevi Fountain and shopping on Via Condotti were practically my neighbors. Oh, and let's not forget the delightful Italian breakfast brought right to my room every morning. Bellissimo!
I just adored the loud noise from the city streets and early morning construction. It really added that extra touch of excitement to my beauty sleep.

The rooms at Maison Spagna Suites are awesome! They are air-conditioned and have everything you need, like a desk, coffee machine, and fridge. The beds are so comfy and the flat-screen TV is perfect for chilling out after a long day of exploring Rome. Plus, the private bathroom is so nice and clean, with a bidet! You'll feel like you're staying in luxury.
I personally didn't love the fact that the rooms had a kettle but not a kettle. However, I understand that some people may not need or want a kettle, so it's totally subjective.

We had a lovely stay at a luxury apartment building in a great location near Trevi fountain. the rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. the linens were high quality, and the bathrooms were excellent. the staff, especially Marlon, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts brought to our room and appreciated the thoughtful touches like motion detector lights and a departure gift.
We wish we could have stayed longer. Cons: None.
